A: The Exterior Wash Packages take care of the outside of your vehicle from a basic wash on up to wheel cleaning, tire shine, tri-foam protectant, and Lustrashield protectant. Our Full Service Wash Packages include all the benefits of the Exterior Wash Packages, plus: vacuuming, Interior window cleaning, and dusting the dash and console. All cars are prepped and hand-dried. (Options vary by location).

A: Our most popular package is the Gold Package, which includes tri-foam protectants, wheel cleaning, tire shine, vacuum, Interior windows, and dash and console cleaning for only 29.99 plus tax.

A: Yes! Watch for discount coupons on the back of your local grocery store receipts and in the Val Pak Mailer.

A: Prepaids are a set of four car washes purchased a head of time. Twice a year during the Christmas season and before Father’s Day we run our prepaid sales. During this sale you can save up to 25% on our washes by purchasing 3 washes and getting the 4^th one free!

A: A Street in Auburn, and Covington are our two touchless locations. They run a bit different than the tunnel washes, and so the coupons, and other gift-certificates are not redeemable at these locations.

A: We do what we can to stay open even on the rainiest days; however, there are times when the weather will shut our washes down early. Also, on especially busy days, we will stay open late enough to wash all the cars that pull into our lot. Please contact the location you wish to visit to find out when they plan on closing that day.

A: No! Just come on in. All cars are washed on a first come, first serve basis.

A: The time it takes to thoroughly wash your car depends on two factors: how busy the wash is, and how many employees on duty that day. On a typical day, Exterior Washes will take upwards of 10 minutes, where Full Service Washes will take upwards of 20 minutes. On especially busy days, the time may double. If you are concerned about your time, you may wish to call the location of your choosing.

A: Elephant Car Wash does not provide a full detail for your car. However, our 4^th Avenue location can provide you with discounted seat and carpet shampooing packages. Please note that there is a time limit to how many may be managed in a day, you will need to call them at 206-622-2882 to ensure they will be able to accommodate your car.

A: We are unable to hand wash vehicles. In addition to our tunnel washes we provide two touchless locations in Auburn (at A Street), and in Covington, as well as 3 self-serve locations in Auburn (at A Street), Covington, and Federal Way.
