Sometimes things don't go according to plan, and when that happens, we want to know! Fill out the form below so we can help make things right. 


Completion of this report is not an admission of liability by the facility or customer. By using our wash, customer has assumed responsibility for loose, defective, previously damaged, or non-factory original items as well as un-lowered antennas. Of course we will pay for damage caused by a mistake on our part, but we require a full investigation prior to any actions. Full and complete responses to all of the requested information will assist in the investigation and processing of your potential claim. Failure to provide all of the requested information may delay or adversely affect the investigation and processing of your potential claim. Thank you for your time and cooperation!

PERSONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED FOR ALL CLAIMS


Please attach pictures and supporting documents. If this is a vehicle claim, a picture of the License Plate/Vehicle Tag must be the first attachment. Five images are required to process any claim.

  • Disclosure (Please read):

    Elephant Car Wash (ECW) takes all claims by our customers seriously. This form is not an admission of guilt or responsibility but is a commitment to investigating the claim. ECW will strive to investigate this claim within one week from the date the claim was made, before contacting the customer with our acceptance or rejection of the claim. Business days are Monday – Friday.   


    If it’s determined that ECW is responsible for the damage reported, ECW is only responsible for the damage stated on this form and is not responsible for any additional damage stated by the customer.

     

    If ECW is responsible for this claim, repair arrangements will be made by ECW, or the customer may provide ECW with three different estimates for repair. These estimates must NOT be online or “virtual” estimates, but rather actual estimates quoted after a repair shop has inspected the vehicle.


    ECW is not liable for the following: 

    • Repair costs incurred before ECW has completed its investigation.

    • Damage caused by another customer’s negligence.

    • Damage caused by the customer’s failure to comply with the posted customer responsibility signage.

    • Damage caused by the customer behaving recklessly with their vehicle.

    • Damage caused by the customer being under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

    • Any rental expenses that exceed the time it costs to repair the damaged vehicle.

    • Any subsequent damage caused by the repair facility.

    • Damage to vehicles that are 8 years old or older.

    • Damage due to prior damage to the vehicle.

    • Damage to or because of aftermarket items.

     

    If there are any questions that come up regarding the investigation process, the repair process, or further explanation as to why a claim was rejected, please reply to the email that you received. Alternatively, you may email ECW’s corporate office: corporate@elephantcarwash.com.

     

    All emails that come into ECW’s corporate office are routed to our damage claim specialist, who is only available via email. Our damage claim specialist will respond within 2-3 business days. If a claim has been rejected but the customer believes this to be in error, the customer must arrange for their insurance company to meet with ECW’s damage claim specialist for further review.

    I certify that the information provided on this form is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge. I understand that submitting this form does not mean that Elephant Car Wash has accepted responsibility for this matter. Responsibility will be determined after a thorough investigation and review of the facts and circumstances surrounding the incident. Additionally, I acknowledge that I am voluntarily providing this information to assist Elephant Car Wash in their investigation. By completing this claims form, I authorize Elephant Car Wash to use the information provided and understand that this form, along with any additional details, may be shared with Elephant Car Wash’s insurer or other parties involved in the investigation.

  • To expedite processing, please include the following documentation in support of your claim:

    • Images of your vehicle's License Plate and VIN #
    • Proof of Purchase (receipt)
    • Photographs reflecting damage to your vehicle
